Zachary Scott Meagher

Zachary Scott Meagher, age 39 of Mellott, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from a car accident in Crawfordsville.  He was born in Frankfort, Indiana on January 1, 1979 to Victor & Brenda (Eppert) Meagher.

Zach attended Fountain Central High School and throughout the years worked as a welder and fabricator at Nucor Steel, traveled throughout the United States building telecommunication buildings and most recently worked in maintenance at Amerisource Bergen in Whitestown.  He was a jack of all trades and could build and fix anything.  He loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, canoeing, panning for gold, working on his cars, and playing video games with his son and girlfriend.

He is survived by his son, Caden Meagher; parents, Vic & Brenda Meagher; brother, Israel (Christy) Meagher; girlfriend, Megan Benecke; grandmother, Peggy Eppert; uncles, Mike (Connie) Meagher and Darrell (Mitzi) Eppert; aunts, Cheryl Meagher, Pat (Cass) Miller, and Emily (Chuck) Marshall.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Eppert; grandparents, William & Emma Meagher; two uncles, Pat & Shaun Meagher; and two aunts, Patti Meagher Gauger and Cathy Meagher King.

Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S 1st in Kingman on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 11:00am till the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm.  Burial will follow at Tangier Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be donated to Caden’s College Fund at any Fountain Trust Bank or envelopes will be available at the funeral home.  Share memories and condolences online at www.sandersfuneralcare.com
